You are under no obligation to continue with the adoption of your specific verse.   We ask that you fill out this form to the best of your abilities, the only required field is the email, but with more information it is easier to locate your account and process your refund in a timely manner.

Refund requests will be issued no later than 30 days from request and can only be returned back to the card that was used initially.

We are sorry you wont be participating but we understand that life happens and you don't make this request without the need to do so.
